Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kova.

Due to the nature of our products, once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for opened products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
