Orders from Kova are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received.
Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, Kova is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
